In today’s market, technology moves fast.  Advanced Microelectronics, Inc. (AME) recognizes the changing dynamics and issues related to managing information technology equipment.  We have created a unique solution that will assist companies with rapid changes in technology and be cost-effective at the same time.  This life-cycle program is called Information Technology Solution (ITS).  The ITS offers:  One Cost, One Company, and One Solution.

The ITS Program includes the following services:

• AME may purchase the IT equipment on your inventory list.  We will write your company a check for the inventory.

• AME may lease the equipment back to your company over a specified period of time.  Each month, we will replace a predetermined number of existing units with new units.

• AME technicians will install and configure the equipment, deliver the unit to the end user’s desk and provide a brief training session.

• AME will provide maintenance coverage for all units on the inventory list for the entire 3-year period.  This will include all parts, labor and travel charges.

• AME will dispose of the old units.

• AME will place asset tags on all new equipment and will be responsible for maintaining a physical and electronic database associated with the life cycle program.
