Annual Service Agreements:
  • AME will provide all parts and labor required to repair and maintain the products specified on the service agreement, at the location specified.

  • We require our technicians to complete 4 weeks of training per year.

  • Our technicians have knowledge & training with many brands of products including:  Gateway, Apple, Compaq, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Okidata, Epson, and others.

  • All repair work provided under the agreement will be performed on-site or at an AME service center by an AME representative.  An AME technician will arrive at the customer’s place of business within the response time specified by this agreement (typically 4 hours).

  • The client may add equipment that is in good working condition at any time on a pro-rated basis.

  • The client may delete equipment during the contract.

  • When you experience problems with your equipment, you can call a toll-free number & a technician will be dispatched.

  • We work closely with multiple vendors in order to receive quality parts, that will be delivered when & where you need them. 

  • Service hours are from 8:00 am—5:00 pm (local time) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays.)

  • Extended hours of service are available.

  • Payments can be set up annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly.

 


Annual Services Drawdown:
  • Customer pays a certain dollar amount up front that can be applied towards services or products.

  • Money can be used for any service AME offers including product sales and software.

  • Guaranteed 4-hour response time on networking and desktop support service.

  • No equipment list is needed.

  • Equipment does NOT have to be in working order.

  • The length of the contract is 1 year from the date it is signed.  If money is not used within the time period, it does not carry over.

  • Product Sales are subject to current price and availability.

  • Special projects for software development and web design will be completed on a project quoted basis.


 

Complete IT Agreement:

  • Repair and maintenance on all networked equipment

  • Software support on operating systems and applications

  • Swift response time for repairs and support

  • Network Assessment of your existing IT environment

  • Single point of contact for support

  • Consulting by the AME team


   

 
Annual Time & Material Service Agreement:
  • Must be accompanied by Statement of Work

  • 4-hour response time

  • Equipment list must be provided

  • Equipment does not have to be in working order

  • Minimum 100 hours per year

  • Any time remaining on the contract at the end of the contract will not be rolled over.
