Providing quality IT services is a high priority for us. At
AME, our employees are accountable in every aspect of this
process. We are always looking for ways to improve our
business processes. We take time to listen to our customers
and take action based on those comments. Some examples
include:

Call
Escalation - from the moment that a service call is
placed with AME, our staff is tracking your request to
make sure that it is completed per your agreement.

Customer Surveys - following the completion of a service
call, we will email you a survey to complete. Each of
those surveys is reviewed by AME management.

Customer Visits - every 6 months, someone from our
Senior Management Team meets with various customers
to verify we are providing the best quality IT service.
